Refund Policy

If for any reason you're not happy with your results, simply return your jars within 30 days of the purchase date. Email info@zeolitelabs.com to request a refund and then send your new or partially used jars back and once we receive them we'll send you a full refund of the purchase price for all jars returned. All returns must be made within 30 days (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchase) from the purchase date. You are responsible for return shipping and packaging costs. For refunds on orders not placed on our website(s) because of a recommendation you received from us, or that you heard about on one of our websites, please contact the person or company you received your order from directly. Should you need assistance in locating a contact email address for any such person or company, please contact our customer support team online at info@zeolitelabs.com. We will gladly look up the contact information for the individual or company you placed the order with, where applicable. Please include your name, email, phone number and order number (if applicable) regarding an outside order.

Packages returned to us will be refunded in full less the shipping and handling fees. If you are experiencing issues with the shipment of your order, please contact info@zeolitelabs.com We’d love to hear any feedback you have when you submit a return request. For damaged or defective products, it would be especially helpful to see a photo of the issue. This helps us process your return faster and improve our quality control. We’d really appreciate it!

International Orders: At this time we are not able to offer refunds on orders shipped to countries outside of the United States.
