Three Levels of Detox

At Zeolite Labs, detox is viewed through a three-level framework that reflects how the body manages toxic burden over time. Level 1 represents the active, circulating toxins the body is currently working to eliminate through the blood, lymph, and gut. Level 2 refers to the backlog that has accumulated within primary detox organs when that initial burden isn’t fully cleared. Level 3 represents the deepest, long-term storage of toxins in tissues, fat, and at the cellular level. This model prioritizes relieving Level 1 first, creating the conditions for deeper layers to release more gradually and predictably over time.
Level 1: Circulating Toxicity
Level 1 represents the active burden the body is already trying to manage in real time: everyday chemical exposures, mycotoxins, inflammatory byproducts, and metabolic waste that all move continuously through the blood, lymphatic system, and digestive tract.

This layer develops gradually, often reflecting years of exposures the body worked to contain rather than eliminate. It is difficult to address without first clearing the first two levels of toxicity.
